Mindfulness Based CBT Social Anxiety Group
This is a MBCBT weekly social anxiety group. We focus on evidenced based techniques to improve anxiety and social anxiety. CBT, Mindfulness, Communication Skills and Self-Esteem building are part of the curriculum. Supported outings are an optional part of this group. Social anxiety is common and the support and understanding can help overcome stigma. We will feature co-facilitators who have worked to manage and improve their own social anxiety. Men's Social Skills and Relationship Building
CBT Men's Group focusing on: managing social skills, relationship building managing anxiety, communication and being our authentic selves. Group is scheduled to start the end of June and run for 8 weeks. We will also focus on self-esteem building and stepping outside our comfort zones to meet new people, build support and be better members of the community. Additional and optional part of the group is supported outings where we visit public places together to desensitize going out and meeting new people.
