Through a supportive client-centered approach I specialize in helping individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, parenting problems, self-esteem, unresolved trauma, grief and loss, abuse, and relationship difficulties. I work with children of all ages, teenagers, adults and families. My goal as a therapist is to provide highly effective counseling in a safe and nonjudgmental environment that offers empathy and encouragement which will instill hope and foster growth.
At New Roads Wellness Center, your strengths will be highlighted and the personal beliefs and approaches that are no longer serving you will be clarified, so that you can learn how to live more contently and effectively.
