My goal as a therapist is that through compassionate & active listening, guidance, education, support and encouragement, you and I together can work through these issues that are holding you back, and set you on a new path of growth, hope and healing.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, as I try to meet you where you are, and not have a “one-size-fits-all” approach. I am holistic in treatment, believing that our minds, souls, emotions and bodies are all affected by our struggles and therefore, must also be a part of the healing process.
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and am an Integrative Mental Health Practitioner (use nutrition in mental health therapy).
