Body Doubling Group
Body doubling is a productivity and support technique where you work alongside another person either in person or virtually to help you start, stay on task, or finish something that’s been hard to do alone. Participants that they are not required to attend the full two hours. They are welcome to join for any amount of time that works best for them during the scheduled session.
