Hi! I am Charly and I am so happy you are here. Therapy is a courageous step toward healing and I'm happy to help in the overwhelming process. Whatever brings you, know that healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. I'm a licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience helping individuals navigate the impacts of trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, burnout, medical diagnoses, perinatal-postpartum, women's health and life transitions. My approach integrates trauma informed treatment with mindfulness based, somatic awareness, and ACT. I always show up with compassion, curiosity, and deep commitment.

Using mindfulness-based practices, we’ll work together to create a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and feel welcome heard, & genuinely cared for. I specialize in working with adults 21 and older who feel stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by stress, or disconnected from themselves and others. My hope is to help find meaning and joy along the way.

My goal is to support you in reconnecting with your strengths, regaining trust in your body and mind, and creating lasting change from the inside out. In our first few sessions we will work on building a relationship and finding the best approach for your needs.
