I combine my training in talk therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Ego State Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to provide relief to those experiencing symptoms related to trauma and stress.
I work with each of my clients to determine which modality feels like the right fit and will have the most effective impact during each phase of the therapeutic process. Whether you're dealing with childhood trauma, complex PTSD, or more recent traumatic events, I am ready to provide the guidance and support needed for you on your individual healing journey.
