My name is Charlotte Watley. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. By trade, I am a professional listener. My training has been based on Family Systems. I am light-hearted, warm, and a comedian. I promote the use of assertive communication and being direct with needs. At the end of the day. I believe it's more important to live and thrive than to be in a constant state of survival. I needed a therapist to assist me where my family, friends, and community could not be for me. I want to be that for you!
For those who have never had therapy, I will take a longer time to build rapport. I would hope they (new & seasoned) all would come to therapy ready to work. There will be homework assigned during the initial session.
