I specialize in perinatal mental health and love working with individuals and families in their reproductive journey. I help people who are trying to become pregnant, experiencing fertility challenges, currently pregnant or postpartum, had a loss of pregnancy, had an infant loss, dealing with difficult birth or postpartum adjustment, going through surrogacy and/or IVF, experiencing a perinatal mental health disorder (PMHD), trauma, and those who identify as women and struggle with anxiety, depression, or life transitions.
I have specialized training in perinatal mental health disorders (PMHDs) and women's mental health. My training was through PSI and 2020 Mom and I am a certified perinatal mental health professional (PMH-C). I am an ally.
I am accepting new clients and currently have online sessions only. The goal is get back to in-person sessions in 2024! I see clients 18 years and older. My goal is to meet you where you are as a person and focus on what you want to accomplish. I work with you to set and reach attainable goals.
