I help people with emotional pain, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, overthinking, isolation, codependence, emotion regulation, dissociation, heartache, people-pleasing, identity, gender, sexuality, substance use, grief, and relationship issues of all kinds. My training is in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
