Whether it be depression, anxiety, grief, trauma or something that is unable to be categorized, I am here to walk with you through this journey. My approach is to work myself out of a job with each individual person. Realizing each person is unique and is more than a diagnosis. The overall goal is for each person to feel they have the skills they can transfer to other issues that arise in their lives. Empowered and encouraged.
During my journey, I came close to giving up, however I persevered. I now work to support others who wish to overcome obstacles in their lives that are holding them back from their own goals.
