About
Are you feeling held back by sadness, worry, or lack of fulfillment in life? These are normal obstacles that we all face in life; therapy can help you tackle them. It can be hard to reach out for help and connect with a therapist who can help you make the changes you hope to see. I have expertise in helping people who suffer from a variety of problems, including depression, anxiety, and recovery from trauma. I also help couples repair conflict and rebuild a foundation of friendship and love.
I use Evidence Based Practices that are scientifically proven to help people change and then, with your help, we create an individualized approach that specifically fits your life. Primarily, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques. When treating couples, I employ Gottman Method techniques.
My style is flexible and warm. I enjoy helping children, adults, and couples find their strengths and step away from behaviors and thoughts that are holding them back from meaningful lives. If you're interested in making positive changes in your life, I hope you'll give me a call.
