Hello! I am a therapist who draws heavily on approaches such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems to help someone make deep changes in their life. Common issues include relationships, work, health or some other kind of painful or challenging transition. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stressed, burned out, stuck, or overcome by confusing emotions. I can work closely with you to help you gain clarity and confidence. I would collaborate with you to explore in a very curious, accepting and compassionate way what you need to feel empowered to create a more meaningful and satisfying life for yourself.
I believe that effective therapy depends on you exploring your internal experience trusting that I will be a warm and compassionate support to help identify ways to improve your situation. With the right support, painful experiences can provide opportunities to experience significant growth and create a better life.
I am a British immigrant who has done intensive training in approaches that work well with trauma and complex issues. I am certified in EMDR, IFS, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I work with diversity including LGBTQ issues.
