As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I feel honored to help others navigate painful events, emotions, and disordered eating behaviors so that they are able to live their life to its full potential and appreciate their authentic selves. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about helping my clients discover and appreciate their most authentic selves. I specialize in treating eating disorders, recovery from abuse, family of origin trauma(s), and identity exploration. I am experienced in treating clients in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings.

I believe that in therapy, trust is the crux of healing.
