My ideal clients have recently experienced a traumatic event(s) and need a safe, supportive, and knowledgeable environment to process and heal. I guide clients through this stage by helping regulate the nervous system and stabilize and adjust life to prioritize functionality through symptoms. I help clients process their trauma deeply, appropriately, and safely using evidence-based trauma treatments, including EMDR. They have experienced complex trauma (childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, relationship trauma, trauma related to ongoing war/natural disasters/mass causality, etc.)
I help clients by individualizing care and consistently evolving treatment techniques and modalities to stay in tune with their needs at all stages of the therapeutic process. I maintain a client-centered approach that emphasizes client goals. I specialize in trauma-informed care with a holistic approach.
