My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, gain insights, and work toward meaningful change. I am committed to providing a compassionate and empowering space for healing, and my practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, meaning I prioritize your sense of safety, control, and trust at every step of our therapeutic process. I utilize a blend of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as EMDR, CBT, CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), mindfulness practices, and somatic therapies to help you process painful memories and reduce distressing symptoms.

I have experience in helping individuals who have faced various types of trauma, including childhood trauma, interpersonal violence, grief, and complex trauma as well as a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions.
