My approach is person-centered and integrative. I take time to understand each client and center my approach around honoring your unique journey. I am trained in EMDR therapy, and I have specialized training and experience working with abuse, complex PTSD and complex family dynamics. I draw from a range of both evidence-based and emerging approaches.
I believe every person deserves a life rooted in dignity, peace, and self-worth, and that each individual has the capacity to find their own path toward healing, joy, and fulfillment. My mission is to both support and gently challenge those I work with as they overcome patterns of the past and build a future to be excited for.
