Using Brainspotting, a trauma-based therapeutic intervention, in conjunction with Cognitive Processing Therapy, the client and I dive into experiences and create cognitive changes surrounding abnormal traumatic events. I help clients realize they have normal reactions to abnormal events that had occurred due to circumstances out of their control.
