I come from a holistic, relational, and strengths-based perspective, using a dynamic approach, including advanced training in EMDR, Integrative Attachment Trauma Protocol, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Neurofeedback, TF-CBT, DBT, and SFT. I believe that the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational health of each person is intimately intertwined.
Through years of experience, I am confident that no problem is too great to overcome.
