If you've experienced events that have overturned dreams, disrupted relationships, and brought waves of grief, loss, and confusion...whether years in the making or brand new, relational or reproductive trauma can have a huge impact on daily life function and healthy relationships. I am a little irreverent, a lot empathetic, and ready to support clients who are searching for their healthiest self.
I am certified in the specializations of trauma (CCTP), reproductive mental health (PMH-C), and neuroscience informed therapy (NPT-C). I use evidence based, person centered techniques and psychoeducation in somatic self soothing, polyvagal theory, ICBT, DBT, MCT, and other modalities.
