I use a sensorimotor psychotherapy approach to create awareness on many levels; cognitive, emotional, and physical. I will guide you in learning the tools to self regulate, feel your strength, and carry out your unique destiny.
I have over 20 years of experience teaching wellness to my clients and helping folks to heal inner wounds. Through the therapeutic relationship we can also address the interpersonal issues in your life. I utilize many tools, including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, reading and writing work, role play, empty chair, and movement.
As well as individuals, I welcome couples and families who are willing to make changes in their dynamics. True transformation is a felt experience and requires collaboration. I look forward to supporting you in this process.

Trauma informed yoga groups
I have a trauma informed yoga certificate from Yoga in the streets. I enjoy teaching small groups with a focus on feeling comfortable within your own form and honoring the wounds our bodies still carry within them with gentleness and acceptance. I am not currently holding a yoga group but will update the profile when I am holding them again.
