There is no "one size fits all” therapy approach. I draw from theories including EMDR, CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, EFT and Gottman (for couples) to heal issues stemming from depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relational conflicts, stress, and existential unease. I often include and recommend holistic resources including the Enneagram, yoga, & Human Design.
