I have spent much of my career working with LEO, war veterans, crime victims and people, perhaps like you, who want to change their lives. I am particularly effective with anxiety, depressed individuals, couples and professionals with workplace stress issues or who want to be more successful.
I offer relaxation techniques, coping skills, communication skills, wellness guidance and behavior change techniques.
