I have been working as a therapist for three years with my primary focus being on treating kids/teens/young adults who have experienced trauma. I’m nationally certified in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). I’m certified to treat children ages 7-12 who are engaging in problematic sexual behaviors (PSB-CBT). I'm also trained in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I have experience running caregiver and child group therapy sessions as well. I love working with all clients of all ages, especially teens. I enjoy improving caregiver and child relationships as part of the therapeutic healing process.
I specialize in treating PTSD. I have significant experience helping survivors of all different types of abuse heal from their trauma. I completed a concentration in trauma treatment from Simmons School of Social Work where I obtained my MSW. I also have years of experience working with families and individuals in crisis.
