I teach effective coping skills to individuals struggling with life transitions, symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and serious mental health challenges. I work with individuals at their own pace and level and help them identify their strengths, challenges and goals, and facilitate optimal growth and healing.
I assist clients to manage and resolve symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders. I offer life transition counseling to women and men who are facing difficult changes.
I have 13 years of proven clinical track record utilizing talk therapy, art therapy techniques, and mindfulness based stress relief. I work with individuals and families. I offer pathways to increased insight and self awareness, both in session and through recommended personal work.
