I work with young women navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, heartbroken, emotionally drained, or unsure of their next step. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their emotions, building healthier coping skills, and developing resilience. I also value cultural competence and aim to provide an inclusive environment where clients feel seen, respected, and understood.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and have experience working with individuals across the lifespan. I use a blend of cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic therapy to help clients manage anxiety, emotional stress, relationship difficulties, and life transitions while building insight, coping skills, and resilience.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate difficult emotions alone. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and more connected to yourself. If this feels like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.
