As a therapist specializing in the treatment of complex trauma, I firmly believe that these instances of upheaval in our lives are more than just “breakdowns.” With effective clinical guidance and support, they are opportunities for “breakthroughs.” When I work with a client we do more than simply talk about what happened that week, we set up a strategic treatment plan.
My passion for high quality client centered care drives me to continuously research and incorporate innovative techniques in the field of trauma treatment. I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) for the treatment of complex trauma, and other comorbid conditions such as OCD, anxiety, or dissociation.
As a trauma therapist, I strive to enter the therapy space with a careful balance of warmth and honesty. That being said, I also bring a good wry sense of humor.
