I am a fully licensed clinician specializing in trauma, substance use spectrum disorders (addiction), and psychedelic therapy. I am a certified psychedelic assisted therapy provider (through IPI) and have been working with Ketamine since 2019. My clients vary a good deal in their diagnoses. They sometimes identify with depression and anxiety, which often translates to mental injury or trauma (PTSD or CPTSD) or a stuck nervous system state. They're confused and unhappy, and ready for some relief. My greatest joy is being a part of you rediscovering yours.
I support individuals recovering from trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and more with evidence-based and modern treatment modalities. I am trained in the following trauma interventions: EMDR, IFS, ACT, MI and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy.
I tend to use a more directive approach coupled with a great deal of compassion and non-judgment. We will make room for all energies including laughter and embrace mistakes as teachers. I trust that within your experience there is an answer that's been trying to make its way into awareness, and I would be honored to help guide you towards reawakening.

Exploring Recovery
Recovery Can Mean Different Things: This group is a good fit for adults seeking recovery from substance misuse, however they define that process. There is no universally agreed-upon definition of recovery. For some, recovery means complete abstinence from alcohol & other drug misuse. For others, it means moderation while reducing negative consequences. Considering making changes to your use is also an important part of the recovery process. We understand that this is a personal decision, and honor wherever you are in the process of change.
