My style is client-centered ,psychodynamic, and humanistic,
I specialize in treating adults struggling with life transitions, dating and relationship problems, adhd and other neurodivergent experiences, and depression and loneliness. I believe that therapy is a great place to work through your thoughts and feelings about your life, with the benefit of an outside participant who listens with openness and curiosity.
