I understand how difficult it can be to move through a world that is not designed for you, or is actively against you. Navigating the complexities of your identity, emotions, experiences, and behaviors doesn’t have to be something you do without support. Whether it's LGBTQIA+ concerns, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, or family conflict, I am ready to walk alongside you to address your needs and help you find healing and strength. As a Resident in Counseling, I work diligently to cultivate a space that is affirming and empowering for all clients, regardless of identity, expression, or background.
I work through a person-centered lens, focusing on each person as an individual. Most of my work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This allows us to do the work while staying true to your values and identity. I am able to write WPATH affirming care letters. I also provide sex therapy for individuals and relationships.
As a neurodivergent and transgender individual, I understand how difficult it can be to find affirming, competent care out of the endless number of therapist. With me, you are seen, heard, and supported. Each and every person that comes into my office is unique, and our work together should reflect that. Reach out today to start your journey towards healing.
