I enjoy working with individual adults to help them navigate anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, trauma and any other challenges they may face. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and my goal is to help clients move towards healing and wholeness no matter where they are in their journey.
I invite curiosity and compassion as I help my clients work towards change. I believe the client is the expert in their own life and I consider my role to be one of support and guidance. I often work from a person centered approach, and in doing so I incorporate tools from a variety of theories in order to best serve the client in front of me.
I know that starting therapy can sometimes feel intimidating or overwhelming and I want to move at a pace that feels safe and kind for my clients. I may not have the same lived experiences as my clients, but I can offer kindness empathy and connection. Whatever challenges my clients are facing, they won’t have to face it alone.
