You are not alone; life can feel heavy, and it’s okay to need support. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and having been in therapy myself, I genuinely know how life changing it can be. Whether you’re new to therapy or looking for a better fit, I offer a compassionate environment to explore challenges, process emotions, and find hope, even when it feels out of reach.
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating borderline personality disorder, relationship challenges, and unique emotional experiences many women face. Clients are welcome as they are, pajamas, coffee, snacks, or a stuffed animal! My therapy dog, Layla, may join in-person sessions for comfort as we move at a pace that feels safe and right for you.
I blend emotion focused therapy with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to walk alongside you with care as you navigate life’s challenges. If you’d like, I can gently include faith, rooted in hope (Jeremiah 29:11) into our sessions. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to heal.
