I am a licensed clinical social worker, founder of Kind Recovery, and one of the first certified psychedelic counselors in Georgia. I've been providing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy since 2019. I work with clients who have experienced mental injury or trauma and find themselves stuck in rigid thought or behavior patterns. These patterns might look like perfectionism, people-pleasing, substance misuse (addiction), anxiety, depression, avoidance, and more. I want you to know that it is possible to radically shift these behaviors with the right approach. I'll be with you as you learn to access the wisdom of your higher self.
I support individuals recovering from trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and more with evidence-based and modern treatment modalities. I am trained in the following trauma interventions: EMDR, IFS, and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy. For those struggling with change, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
You can expect me to employ a directive approach coupled with a great deal of compassion and non-judgment. I trust that within your experience there is an answer that's been trying to make its way into awareness, and I would be honored to help guide you on your path of discovery.

Exploring Recovery
Recovery Can Mean Different Things: This group is a good fit for adults seeking recovery from substance misuse, however they define that process. There is no universally agreed-upon definition of recovery. For some, recovery means complete abstinence from alcohol & other drug misuse. For others, it means moderation while reducing negative consequences. Considering making changes to your use is also an important part of the recovery process. We understand that this is a personal decision, and honor wherever you are in the process of change.
