Charlie Health's Groups
Supported Groups
At Charlie Health, our supported groups includes DBT Skills Group, Process Group, Trauma Group, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Group, CBT Group, and Emotional Awareness Group. In supported groups, teens participate in a variety of process-oriented, psycho-educational, and experiential groups. We believe supported groups help teens connect with others and build communities. Through exploring shared experiences with peers, our patients are better equipped to achieve mental wellness. The frequency of sessions and groups vary for each individual depending on their unique needs.
Family Therapy
To lay the foundation for a successful path to family recovery, we believe every member of the family needs proper education. Charlie Health is committed to providing the essential tools and support that parents need to understand, connect, and help their child get back on track to mental wellness. Each family will be matched with an appropriate therapist for weekly sessions.
Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, our patients are matched with a primary therapist to focus on the core issues which may impact their mood and/or behavior through weekly sessions.
