Through my 14 years of customer service work I developed an ability to connect and reduce tension in many situations. I didn't realize I was training for being a therapist. My formal engagement as a therapist began in 2019 but I have been providing guidance to those around me for most of my life. The Navy brought the world closer for me and I see my current world through clearer vision. So if you are looking for a better way to find your best version of yourself? Look within. Perspective has a way of opening our thoughts to the possibilities not yet discovered. When we share with others the potential to take in others views affords us opportunities. Working on yourself is one of the most satisfying things you can do.
There are very few humans that can say they have not experienced sadness, anxiety or loss. Thoughts of uncertainty are normal and yet we can find a way to overcome that doubt, When we share this with others we may find the burden a little less difficult to carry.
