I work with a wide age-range of clients: Adults (from young adults to the elderly), Teens, and Children (ages 9-12). I specialize in: Trauma, grief, and loss. General and social anxiety. Family therapy (for parent/teen conflict, parent/adult children conflict, and blended families). Couples therapy.
After 22 yrs of practice, I feel really good about the work I've done. My therapy approach is first and foremost collaborative, but I can be directive when needed. It's my opinion, that great clinical work comes mostly from being teachable. And I'm consistently being taught by clients and colleagues alike, as well as through continuing education.
