I work with LGBTQ+ and polyamorous folks. Our identities are a critical component of how we see ourselves and relate to others, and I aim to provide community-focused care.
Finding a sense of who you are is never an easy process, and many of us have experienced trauma, relationship challenges, and discrimination due to our identities that makes working towards self-actualization even harder.
The stories we tell about ourselves, inside and outside the context of our personal identities, have power over how we understand our experiences, relationships, and emotions. What might it be like to tell your story in a new way?
I hold authentic, open communication at the heart of my practice— therapy should be a place where you can try out new ways of engaging with others and yourself. I work with clients to explore self-image, personal values, and relationship dynamics through a trauma-informed lens. I am also trained in exposure and response prevention therapy for OCD.
Choosing to live on your own terms takes determination and strength. Trans and Nonbinary Virtual Peer Support Group
Are you a trans/nonbinary adult looking to explore your identity and experiences in a community setting? This group offers the opportunity to do just that. We're offering a virtual peer group for people who want to build relationships and learn together. We'll figure out specific discussion topics during our first session, so you'll be able to make sure the group meets your needs. Group costs $25/session and is not insurance-eligible, with a $25 discount for those paying in full upfront. Group begins 3/16/26.
