I'm here for you so we can wander these woods together.

Having worked with a diverse population, and having facilitated several process groups with folks around vulnerability and self-acceptance, I employ a non-judgmental approach in our sessions because I want to stay curious in getting to know you. I strongly believe that you already have the answers you need within you, and I'm here to help you find them.

Finding the right therapist can be a daunting process. You have already taken the first step just by being here and looking for what you need. That in itself is so brave and vulnerable!
