Am I too much for people if I ask for something that I desire? Am I being "selfish"? Who am I to "demand" others for things I don't think I "deserve"? If these are some of the questions you have asked yourself, then I'm here to help. It's okay to feel lost, like you're wandering in the woods alone. I'm here for you so we can wander these woods together.

Having worked with a diverse population, and having facilitated several process groups with folks around vulnerability and self-acceptance, I employ a non-judgmental approach in our sessions because I want to stay curious in getting to know you. I strongly believe that you already have the answers you need within you, and I'm here to help you find them.

Finding the right therapist can be a daunting process. You have already taken the first step simply by being here and looking for what you need. That in itself is so brave and vulnerable!
