I enjoy empowering clients to make their own choices. Sometimes people may see therapists for long periods of time but I feel my job is to help my clients become autonomous in their lives and be able to make the right choices for what they want and need without having to seek constant guidance from others.
My approach to clients and therapy is always geared towards what they seek and treatment is always personalized to them. Although I use some traditional methods, I always make sure that the work we do is geared towards their needs and not a cookie cutter treatment plan.
