I have been working with children, youth, adults and families with traumatic histories to find healing, restoration and success for 29 years. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and EMDR Consultant-In-Training, and DBT and IFS Trained. I am also trained in Family Systems approaches. I have 6 years of telehealth experience including EMDR.
I have a driving passion to meet my clients where they are and to help them achieve their goals with compassion and empathy, using research and evidence supported models of treatment.
