For over 31 years, I have worked with children, youth, adults, and families who have experienced trauma, helping them find restoration, resilience, and success. I am a Certified EMDR therapist, trained in TF-CBT, DBT, IFS, and Family Systems approaches. I also bring nine years of telehealth experience, including providing EMDR and other modalities online.
My approach is grounded in compassion, empathy, and evidence-supported models of care. I believe that every person holds the innate capacity to heal, grow, and create safety for and within themselves.
