I know firsthand how difficult and frustrating change can be—how overwhelming it feels to not know which direction to go. I’ve been through my own hardships, and I understand that growth isn’t always a straight path. That’s why I approach therapy with honesty, compassion, and patience, meeting you where you are while helping you move forward.
I work with children, families, and adults to help them navigate life’s challenges, build emotional resilience, and strengthen their relationships. I utilize evidence based modalities such as EFT, Attachment Theory, IFS, Gottman methods, and I like to explore existentialism and philosophy.
