Hello, thank you for visiting my profile page. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief or loss, or just trying to make sense of why you are not feeling better in general, let’s talk and explore how therapy may help you. If you are recently diagnosed with a severe mental-health condition such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar disorder, I can collaborate with you and your doctor to assist you towards regaining a sense self, while helping you learn how to effectively manage the symptoms that may have robbed you of your previous life.
I work with adults of all ages and especially welcome those who may have felt marginalized in the past. I have over 15 years’ experience working in the mental health profession in a variety of settings. I believe telehealth offers new opportunities to those who might otherwise not seek assistance.
