My role as a professional therapist is to guide and collaborate; to help the individual discover, foster and access the unique coping tools within.I strive to help the individual explore possibilities for change and help find positive direction,meaning and purpose in life.
I believe that periodically most individuals encounter life difficulties/discomfort, as well as major challenges. These transitional periods while trying or even emotionally devastating, are part of life. With professional guidance, one can face and even embrace these situations, building useful new pathways to address life's challenges.
I have encountered clients of all types: individuals, families, teens, couples, elders etc. My eclectic, positive approach and diverse experience have helped me develop a unique east/west philosophical basis which can help address many life challenges for clients.
