My approach draws heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In practical terms, that means we’ll build concrete skills you can use in real life to: improve communication; develop healthier boundaries; identify and replace unhelpful/unhealthy patterns; and develop stronger and more satisfying relationships.
My style is more relaxed and conversational than traditionally clinical. I tend to show up as a real person in the room—collaborative, direct when helpful, and focused on what actually works. If you prefer therapy that feels human, practical, and grounded, we’ll likely be a good fit.
