I have worked with a variety of concerns, but my practice often focuses on anxiety, depression, relationships, confidence/self worth, identity and sexual concerns. I enjoy working with kids, individuals and couples.
I use an integrative approach and incorporate Solution-Focused, Experiential, Narrative, and Emotionally Focused theories. I feel that Narrative Therapy is particularly powerful within my approach, as we view the world through the stories we tell ourselves and others. Rewriting our stories holds so much power.
