I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William Paterson University. Over the past few years at LifeStance, I have worked with clients of a wide range of cultural backgrounds, ages, and mental health diagnoses. Prior to my time as an outpatient counselor, I also worked as an in-home counselor and completed an internship in an intensive outpatient program. My approach to therapy starts with creating a comfortable, supportive atmosphere where my clients are free to truly be themselves. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in a positive therapy outcome.
Depending on the needs of each individual, I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. It is my belief that all people are capable of positive change and growth.
Therapy is a safe space where new insights, behaviors, and life transformations are all possible through building a collaborative relationship. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy traveling and seeing new places.
