About
I offer effective help for life's problems in a pleasant and discreet private practice setting. Communication and conflict resolution training for couples is a special area of concentration. I provide psychotherapy for people with angry, fearful, depressed and anxious moods; obsessive thoughts; impulsive behavior, adult or child attention deficits; posttraumatic stress and other common problems. Adults, adolescents and children are seen individually, in couples or in family sessions during convenient evening and weekend hours by appointment. I help couples to improve their ability to communicate with each other and reduce conflicts.
Often emotional or behavioral problems emerge as a symptom of an underlying family problem. In these cases intervention that includes the whole family can be most effective. I have a great deal of training and experience working with families and couples.
At my office you will receive flexible scheduling in a comfortable environment, complete confidentiality along with a convenient location and plenty of free parking. I am a network provider for most insurance plans and many employee assistance plans too!
