As President and Co-Founder of Radiance Innovative Services, Charles has dedicated his work to finding therapeutic solutions in building healthy relationships. He embraces the ideology that healthy relationships consist of healthy individuals. He brings a non- judgmental perspective to the treatment process fostering a safe environment for individuals to begin facing their unresolved trauma.
Charles is recognized as an expert in working with domestic violence offenders. He has written two books: Crossing The Line: A Model For Domestic Violence Therapy and The Radiance Domestic Violence Offenders Treatment Handbook. Charles offers DV individual and group therapy.
