Whether you’re an adult, teenager, or child, I support you to know more about who you are, who you want to be, and what you want to be about. I strive to help everyone find hope and healing from present challenges and past wounds so they can have more freedom to pursue their dreams and live their lives to the fullest. With children and teenagers, I help them in the challenges they face with stress, anxiety, loneliness, depression, academics, anger, friends, and identity. I help parents better understand and support their children. I provide a safe and supportive space, with empathy and understanding, and without judgment or shame.
Much of our pain and suffering come from our past experiences influencing the way we think about and see things. We work on shifting how you (or your child) think about and see things to be more in line with what is true about you and the world. You'll learn skills and other ways of being to help you better handle your challenges so you can live your life.
