I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas. I offer video telehealth services to Arkansas residents in an inviting, professional environment. I see clients ages 18 years and older. I see individuals and couples. I work with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, issues unique to military, life adjustments and stress, couples counseling, divorce and co-parenting, and uncomplicated substance abuse disorders.
I value being solution-oriented in my practice, while also working from evidence-based approaches that seek the best outcomes possible. I realize counseling is an investment of your time and resources and take that seriously. Deciding on seeing a counselor can be a hard decision itself, and I will work to help the process be personable and comfortable.
