Welcome! I've been working in the mental health field for over 15 years. I utilize cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral strategies to help my clients improve emotion regulation and counter the negative self-talk. I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults and have experience providing support to clients with depression, anxiety, anger management, grief, and communication difficulties. I serve clients in Cape May Court House and Lawrenceville.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in both adult and children residential group homes, provided case management services in the community for at-risk clients, facilitated groups at an adult partial care program, and was an assistant director at a supportive housing program.
Drawing on my diverse experience across a range of settings, I tailor treatment approaches that are responsive to each client's unique needs.
